Tempur-Pedic has decided to go the social media route in their new ad campaign. The company's CEO Mark Sarvary was on CNBC's Power Lunch to talk about it.
The ad encourages prospective customers to connect with people who already own Tempur-Pedic mattresses on Twitter and Facebook. It does seem risky asking customers to interact and comment about a product, as the manufacturer has no control over what they may say.
