British indy kit-makers Sonodrome produce hardware and software for
electronic music. We hit their Posc audio oscillator last Saturday,

questionable design choice, this stunning Wersi Digital DX500 organ
and speaker set currently for sale just goes to support my pet
theory that transparent-cased electronics, preferably of the
colorless "water white" variety, have timeless aesthetic appeal.

In the Makers Market: Teeny tiny display dome


Seller Everything Tiny manufactures these itty-bitty hand-blown
glass display domes, with press-fit bases, to go with their awesome
TinySaur kits, one of which (the T-Rex) is shown above, with
tweezers, for scale. But there's no reason you couldn't co-opt one

"Lemon Battery" webcam


Alan Languirand has something called Project Lemon Battery set up
at Maker Faire Detroit. It's a solar-powered, 3G-connected webcam
on a pole that takes pics every ten seconds and uploads them to a
